Builder record

SURAJ ESTATE DEVELOPERS LTD

8 registered projects on our index, 4 completed with occupancy, 2 past the declared possession date, 2 still within it.

Counted from the MahaRERA public register — not from the builder's own past-experience declaration. Earliest registration here is from 2017. Covers Mumbai City — the districts indexed so far, so a builder active elsewhere may have more.

MahaRERA publishes the date a promoter declared, not the date an occupancy certificate was issued — so this measures revisions to their own commitment, which is what the register can show. Projects that have received their occupancy certificate are left out: a registration's completion date can be extended after part-occupancy, so a revision on a delivered project tells you nothing about when it was actually handed over.

Compiled from the MahaRERA public register. These are counts of the promoter's own legally-required disclosures — we describe the record, not the company. Possession dates are what the promoter declared, not a guarantee. Verify on maharera.maharashtra.gov.in.

Developers often register each project under a separate company, so one group may appear here under more than one name, and this page shows only the projects registered under “SURAJ ESTATE DEVELOPERS LTD”. How we compile this · Report a correction
