What buyers ask us first

Under RERA Section 18, if the promoter fails to hand over possession by the agreed date, you can continue and claim interest on the amount you have paid for every month of delay. We apply simple interest at SBI's highest MCLR + 2% (the rate commonly used in MahaRERA orders), and also show conservative 8%, 9% and 10% scenarios so you understand the range.
