MahaRERA publishes the date a promoter declared, not the date an occupancy certificate was issued — so this measures revisions to their own commitment, which is what the register can show. Projects that have received their occupancy certificate are left out: a registration's completion date can be extended after part-occupancy, so a revision on a delivered project tells you nothing about when it was actually handed over.

A builder's record is context, not a verdict on the flat you're buying. Run the safety check on the specific project before you pay anything.
Check a project freeCompiled from the MahaRERA public register. These are counts of the promoter's own legally-required disclosures — we describe the record, not the company. Possession dates are what the promoter declared, not a guarantee. Verify on maharera.maharashtra.gov.in.
