The short version: Filing is just the start. A MahaRERA complaint moves through notice, hearings and an order — here's the shape of the process so it isn't a black box.
Filing
You submit the complaint online, with your evidence and the relief you're asking for.
Notice & reply
The promoter is served and files a reply; you can file a rejoinder answering it.
Hearings
Dates are listed and both sides present. You can appear yourself or through an advocate.
Order
The Authority passes an order — possession with interest, a refund, or other relief.
Compliance & execution
If the builder doesn't comply, you file for execution/recovery to enforce it.

Open Hearing & Compliance TrackerThis guide is general information to help you ask better questions — it is not legal advice, and it doesn't replace your own advocate or the official MahaRERA portal. Rules, rates and builder practices vary; always verify against the current MahaRERA record and your project's documents before acting.
