MahaRERA publishes the date a promoter declared, not the date an occupancy certificate was issued — so this measures revisions to their own commitment, which is what the register can show. Projects that have received their occupancy certificate are left out: a registration's completion date can be extended after part-occupancy, so a revision on a delivered project tells you nothing about when it was actually handed over.
